Do you deliver fish/plants/products ?

 

HEATED DELIVERY SERVICES

We will use couriers to send fish/plants/supplies.

Within Edmonton Courier cost: $11.50 (max 50lbs), extra charges for large size and far edges of Edmonton

Red Deer (same day $40) Calgary (same day $85, next day $40) Lloydminster (next day $40) Fort McMurray (next day $40) Grande Prairie (next day $40) Fort St.John (next day $40) . Pickup option also available at the courier depot if you don't want to wait around all day for delivery. Also, if you are near one of these cities this is a great way to get your package.

***TERMS and CONDITIONS***

We will NOT leave live plants or animals at the door to freeze so please be there to receive the package. Only non-live orders can be left at your door at your request but we take no liability if it's stolen by porch pirates.

If you're unable to receive the package within the delivery window please call us to reschedule before noon of the same day.

No shows for live items will be charged 2x the delivery cost and a 25% restocking fee since the courier have to return the goods to the store and we have to undo all the work packing and reacclimate the fish.

Live arrival of animals is guaranteed. Any DOAs must be notified with pictures as proof in unopened bags within 12 hours of receiving (emailed or PM on Facebook)
